Nick's Fall Favorite Cocktails

Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
1 oz Bird Dog Pumpkin Spice Whiskey
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream, for garnish
Pumpkin pie spice, for garnish
Instructions:
  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and milk.
  2. Whisk continuously over low heat until all ingredients are combined and the milk is heated through. Avoid boiling.
  3. Pour the hot chocolate into a mug.
  4. Stir in Bird Dog Pumpkin Spice Whiskey.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
Pair with a slice of spiced pumpkin bread for the perfect cozy fall treat.

Ingredients:
Instructions:
  1. Add the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and pour into a martini glass.
Pair with mini pumpkin and goat cheese tarts for a sophisticated fall appetizer.

Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Apple Cider
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Vodka
4 oz apple cider
Apple slices, for garnish
Cinnamon Stick, for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Combine Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Vodka and apple cider.
  3. Stir well and garnish with apple slices.
Pair with warm apple turnovers for a delightful autumn-inspired pairing.

Pomegranate Gin Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 ounces Apium Gin
4 ounces tonic water
2 ounces pomegranate juice
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
Crushed ice
Pomegranate arils
Lime wedges
Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Fill a glass with a few pomegranate arils and crushed ice.
  2. Pour the Apium Gin over the ice, then add the tonic water.
  3. Stir in the pomegranate and lime juice along with the wedges.
  4. Stir a few times to combine.
  5. Serve immediately with a rosemary sprig and a sprinkle of pomegranate arils on top.
Pair with a charcuterie board featuring a variety of cheeses, cured meats, and dried fruits.
