Whisk continuously over low heat until all ingredients are combined and the milk is heated through. Avoid boiling. Pour the hot chocolate into a mug. Stir in Bird Dog Pumpkin Spice Whiskey. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Pair with a slice of spiced pumpkin bread for the perfect cozy fall treat.
